What are Account Limits?

As a protection measure for vulnerable customers who may have compulsive gambling problems, we have loss limits in place, which you must set for yourself. How do Bonuses work and can I choose not to take one?

What happens when I lose the connection whilst playing?

If you become disconnected whilst playing a live Casino game, before NO MORE BETS, then any bets you have placed will be cancelled. If the connection is lost after NO MORE BETS, then any bets you have placed will remain on the game, and will be processed as normal when a result occurs. When you are reconnected you can look up the result by checking your betting history: in your ‘My Account’ page, under ‘Reports and Statements’, click on ‘View your Game Result History’ and fill in the appropriate information.
