Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you, as a data subject have a number of rights, which are detailed below. Some of these only apply in specific circumstances and are qualified in several respects by exemptions in data protection legislation. We will advise you in our response to your request if we are relying on any such exemptions.
1.No refund can be completed once the alleged deposit (including the bonus) has been played using the Services.
2.A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) days if a Player alleges that another individual (or a minor) has accessed his/her Player Account.
3.We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until the identity of the Player Account User is adequately established to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that any payment made to Us will be honored after a refund has been made. You agree to provide, in case We demand, a notarized identification, or any other certified identification in accordance with the applicable laws of Your jurisdiction. If such notarized or certified identification is not provided within five (5) days of our request, then such refund or reverse transaction shall not be effected, Your Player Account shall be closed and You shall forfeit all funds in Your Player Account, such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.

Withdraw your winnings directly to your bank account. It usually takes a maximum of one working day (24h) for our Payments Department to process your withdrawal and confirm it. After processing it will take 2-5 working days for the money to arrive to your bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is €50.00. There may be additional document inquires in large amount withdraws. Global Live Casino players can withdraw no more than $£€ 5,000 per month for a single or accumulated withdrawals during a month. A higher sum amount for VIP players may apply. In order to make a bonus withdrawable, the initial deposit plus bonus must be played through the number of times specified in the bonus offer/promotion terms & conditions. Not all games contribute the same percentage to a player’s wagering requirement unless otherwise stated:
Wherein any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a player or a group of players, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed player profits irrespective of the outcome (whether individually or as part of a group) the Casino reserves the right to reclaim the bonus of such offers. No minimal risk wagering is allowed to contribute towards any part of any promotion, including bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be purposefully using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their bonus of cash prizes, incur the risk of having their bonus, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings removed. By minimal risk wagering we mean that any wager placed with the obvious intent of achieving high bet volume with minimal expectancy will be deemed abusive towards the bonus offer. Example: simultaneous wager on both black and red in roulette, or covering of the vast majority of the table.
Players staking 10% or over the value of their real money deposit in a single bet prior to wagering the deposit 5 times or over, with the intention of drastically increasing their bankroll will be flagged as high-risk players and shall be monitored. Example: a player depositing €100, then immediately proceeds to wager over €20 per hand will be deemed high-risk user. High-risk players will not automatically be deemed advantage users, but will fall under a higher level of security and their gameplay will be monitored for changes in bet value.
A player who wagers high value hands with the sole purpose of rapidly increasing bonus bankroll, then proceeds to drastically decrease their bet values (less than half) without having reasonably decreased his/her bankroll, will be considered to employing unnatural betting patterns for the purpose of gaining advantage. Such cases may require the Casino to immediately disqualify the bonus and any winnings therefrom derived. Each case will be investigated and acted upon accordingly. This type of game-play is thus strongly discouraged.
Any player found to be employing a strategy by which the player places high value bets while playing on any game with specific bonus weight decreased to or less than 30% (any table game, card game, video poker etc.) and then proceeds to place bets of a value less than their current average bet while changing game type to higher weighted games (slots, scratch cards etc.) such player will be immediately disqualified from the bonus and face enforcement where the player’s account may be closed. In such regard no discussions will be to be entered into.
If the Casino becomes aware of any player who, in the course of participating in any promotion or offer, has acted in breach of any of the above conditions, or any other Term and Condition within this contract, then the Casino may opt to any one or more of the following:
